How do I choose the right size of shapewear?

We provide a detailed sizing guide for each of our products. We recommend measuring yourself and referring to this guide to ensure a perfect fit.

Can I wear shapewear every day?

Yes, many of our products are designed for daily use. However, it's important to follow our usage recommendations to ensure comfort.

Are the shaping products visible under clothing?

Our products are designed to be discreet, but we recommend choosing the right shapewear for your outfit.

How should I wash my shapewear?

Most of our products can be hand- or machine-washed. Check the product care labels and follow the recommendations to maximize the life of your garments.

What payment methods do you have available?

You can pay by credit/debit card, through PayPal, or, if you prefer, you can also choose to pay with Bizum.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €4.50. For purchases of €40 or more, shipping will be free.
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are excluded.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is placed, it takes 24 hours for processing and shipping. Since our shipping is express, delivery times range from 48 to 72 business hours, barring extraordinary circumstances.

If I place an order on a Friday, will I receive it over the weekend?

For now, we work Monday through Friday, so we don't ship on weekends. It's important to plan ahead if you need to receive your order between those days.

I made a mistake when entering the delivery information, what can I do?

In that case, please contact us at hola@aura-wear.co within 12 hours of purchase and provide us with the correct information.

Please note that after 12 hours, our products have been packaged and are ready for shipping, so we won't be able to change the details of your order.
